Appia was commissioned with the redesign of 38 rooms on two floors. The range of services included the interior design as well as the interior fit-out and the high-quality hotel furnishings. Particular attention was paid to the energy-efficient refurbishment, including the replacement of windows and air conditioning technology, as well as sound insulation. The refurbishment was carried out during ongoing operations.

Interior design of the serviced apartments

The result is impressive: The long-stay flats now shine in a modern interior design with warm oak decors, refreshing mint tones and calming beige wall colours. The 28 maisonette rooms and 10 studios each extend over two floors and offer every comfort for living and working. All serviced flats have a separate sleeping area with a double bed, a spacious bathroom, a desk as a work area and a living area with a sofa and TV. A fully equipped kitchenette allows long-term guests to cater for themselves and feel at home.
