Hotel InterContinental Geneva
The renowned Geneva luxury hotel underwent special renovation in 2013.Â
The hotel’s entire 18th floor, with a total space of 600 m², was converted into a unique ‘Residence’, which can be booked as a whole or in different configurations.
The Residence was designed by Tony Chi’s design studio in New York. The comprehensive 15-month extension and conversion, which represented a genuine challenge due to the very high requirements and for which only high-quality and expensive materials with elaborate details were used, was carried out by APPIA, which was also responsible for supervising overall project management. The result is a rather unique set of suites, with a superb view of the city, Lake Geneva and the Alps that will satisfy even the most spoilt of guests.
